You will be helping a health clinic based in north central Bristol.
Your new role
You will be supporting the clinic with traditional administrative duties, including the following:
- Signing in staff and visitors using our in-house IT system
- Handling telephone calls
- Scanning documents with our in-house IT system
- Communicating via email
- Receiving and managing deliveries/collections
- Photocopying and printing documents
What you'll need to succeed - Effective communication abilities
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Time management and prioritisation
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Safety-conscious
- Responsible with a proactive attitude
- Professional presentation
