We are seeking an experienced Business Process Architect to join our client's Business & Technology Integration team. In this role, you will collaborate on an ERP Programme Project, focusing on SAP for Retail In-store Merchandise & Inventory Management. The end client is a global energy company providing essential products such as fuel, lubricants, and petrochemicals to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and design business processes to support new systems and technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases.
- Perform user and task analysis to represent business needs.
- Leverage your subject matter expertise to advise on critical decisions and influence team outcomes.
- Provide cross-team solutions, ensuring consistent process improvements across multiple business areas.
- Lead workshops to gather requirements and facilitate process design sessions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including process maps and user manuals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business process architecture.
Skills Required:
- SAP for Retail In-store Merchandise & Inventory Management (Advanced proficiency required)
- Application Architecture Design (Advanced proficiency)
- Business Process Analysis Tools (Advanced proficiency)
- Prime Value Chain Assessment (Intermediate proficiency)
