They are looking to strengthen several levels of their structure within their HR Transformation practice, more specifically they are looking for subject matter experts in Payroll Advisory at Senior Manager | Director | Associate Partner levels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Payroll Advisory
• Payroll Technology programme delivery
• Payroll software vendor selection
• Project Management for HR & Payroll Technology implementation
• SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Workday Payroll, Oracle Payroll, Ceridian Payroll / Dayforce Payroll or other Payroll cloud solutions
• HR & Payroll process improvement
• UK Payroll
• Employee Experience strategy
• Bids & Proposals
