Salesforce Business Analyst Opportunity – Manchester (Hybrid)

Position: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Contract Type: 6 months - Outside IR35

Rate: DOE (Dependent on Experience)

Key Requirements:

Industry Experience:

• Telecommunications (Telco):

While experience in the Telco industry is preferred, it's not essential. Having a background in Telco can provide you with valuable insights into customer management, billing systems, and service delivery models. Familiarity with Telco business processes and challenges would be highly beneficial, particularly when defining and refining Salesforce solutions that meet the unique demands of the industry.

Technical Skills:

API Integrations:

• Expertise in API integrations is essential for connecting Salesforce with external systems. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering and defining integration requirements, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other platforms. A strong understanding of API architecture and design will help you provide actionable solutions that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

• Mulesoft:

Experience with Mulesoft, Salesforce's integration platform, is a key asset for this role. Mulesoft enables the development of APIs and integrations across cloud and on-premises environments. You'll be tasked with leveraging Mulesoft to build scalable integration solutions, ensuring that different systems within the business can communicate effectively and deliver consistent, real-time data.

• Mural/Confluence:

Familiarity with tools like Mural and Confluence is essential for effective collaboration and documentation. Mural will allow you to engage stakeholders through visual collaboration on workflows, while Confluence is critical for maintaining detailed project documentation, ensuring that all team members are aligned on project goals, timelines, and progress.
