Zachary Daniels Recruitment are delighted to have partnered with a high growth e-Fulfilment business based in Essex who have a varied client base.
This is a newly created Warehouse Manager role to support the founders in running multiple sites. Founded just 5 years ago being based in a single site, this business has gone from strength to strength to now working out of 3 sites and expected to double in size!. So, it's a great time to join and work alongside 2 highly passionate founders where culture is super important.
I am looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to strategically manage and oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and despatch of a wide variety of products in line with our Company's policies and vision. You should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. You will need to have excellent people management skills, including the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a growing team of staff, delegate work and explain ideas.
The ideal candidate will have management experience within an e-Fulfilment operation and have sound knowledge of a goods in, outbound orders and returns.

Please note, this role is based on site 5 days per week.
