Supply Desk are seeking an experienced and passionate Science Teacher, specialising in Chemistry, to join a dynamic school in Medway. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across KS3 and KS4, with flexible contract options available.

The Role: We are looking for a motivated and inspiring Chemistry Teacher who can make a real difference in students' academic journeys. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons, fostering a love for learning, and driving positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and dynamic Chemistry lessons that align with the national curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
• Incorporate both theoretical concepts and practical experiments to enhance students' understanding.
• Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
• Monitor, assess, and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and develop interdisciplinary curricula.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Chemistry at KS3 and KS4.
• A strong passion for science and education, with the ability to inspire students.
• Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Commitment to supporting all students in reaching their full potential.
