Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a Store Assistant to join Tesco Stafford to support their F&F Clothing Department. If you're passionate about fashion, enjoy helping customers, and can thrive in a busy retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!

This role is part time - Tuesday to Friday, 6pm – 10pm
Seasonal (29th October 2024 – 3rd January 2025)

Key Responsibilities of this Store Assistant role:

• Ensure all clothing is neatly displayed and organised, maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Handle and tag new stock, ensuring it’s ready for the shop floor.
• Unload and sort deliveries, replenishing stock as needed.
• Help customers with queries, offering advice on sizing, styles, and availability.
• Assist with maintaining the fitting room area, including checking items in and out and managing customer returns.
• Support with in-store promotions, including dressing mannequins and maintaining displays.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and report low or out-of-stock items.
• Keep the shop floor tidy and ensure all health and safety standards are followed.

Requirements for this Store Assistant role:

• Must have experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Previous experience in a retail environment would be an advantage.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• A keen eye for presentation and the ability to work efficiently.
• Willingness to take on a range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to commute to Tesco Stafford for evening shifts.

Details of this Store Assistant role:

• Hourly rate: £11.44 per hour.
• Opportunity to gain experience within a well-known retail brand.
