Benefits

Salary between £22.5 -25K (plus bonus scheme)

20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

The Role

The role is suitable for an organised and proactive person. You will be dealing with all incoming lighting control, blind and audio-visual enquiries, discussing client requirements, inputting customer details into our CRM system, providing the appropriate information to customers, scheduling appointments and liaising with our engineers the details of the clients requirements and project specification.

You will be based in our offices in Pontefract and work as part of a small, valued team where you can be proud of what you achieve, because we are proud of all of our team.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities to include (but not limited to):

  • Placing orders with our distributors.
  • Filing all purchase orders.
  • Answer office phone.
  • Collecting the sales figures and publishing once a week.
  • Become adept in Act, creating and supporting campaigns.
  • Entering all blind leads and generating Act reports to deliver to the managing director, suppliers and manufacturers on a weekly basis.
  • Collecting all employee s time sheets and allocating the time to Master project folder, report data to the managing director weekly.
  • Collecting all the expenses from members of staff on a monthly basis.
  • PA to lighting and blind expert
  • Creating Lutron HomeWorks databases.
  • Producing quotes for lighting control and blinds.

Skills & experience

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • An organised approach to deal with and follow up on all enquiries
  • Previous office experience and use of CRM systems or similar admin data bases
