A multinational utility scale Solar & co-located BESS developer, owner and operator are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Solar PV & BESS) to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solar and/or BESS Project Manager to work on some exciting renewable energy projects. This role would suit an experienced Project Manager looking to step up into a senior position.
In this role you will project manage the construction activities for the project pipeline. You will assist with establishing sound CDM standards, systems and procedures for construction activities as well as prepare, manage and report on project construction milestones, budgets, cash flows and program at a portfolio level. You will provide guidance throughout the project phases.

What you will do:
- Ensure the construction of Solar & BESS projects across the UK are in line with timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Preparing, managing, and reporting on construction milestones, budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
- Maintaining working relationships with internal construction team and other relevant stakeholders throughout the construction process.
- Identify and solve problems, avoid risks to the project schedule and budget.
- Manage and report on changes to project schedules, budgets, or scope.
- Ensure seamless project execution from design through operation.
- Promote a safety, efficiency, and quality across construction teams
- Support in tender documentation and review
- Support the negotiation of contracts for project delivery
What you will need:
- Degree in a relevant industry
- 6-8 years’ experience in construction experience in a relevant industry
- Record of construction management and site experience
- Track record in managing multiple projects to demanding deadlines
- Good technical knowledge including Construction and H&S standards and regulations
- Valid driver's license
