AV Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee AV projects, ensuring that operational performance, customer service, and project delivery meet high standards. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with compliance and health & safety requirements. They will also consider a Senior AV Engineer looking for the step up into Project Management, with full training and guidance provided. This is an office based role in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality service across all contracts.
• Oversee procurement, deliveries, and resource management, while monitoring costs and maintaining accurate budget records.
• Attend weekly meetings to review project progress, finances, and variations.
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant legislation, health & safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage all project documentation, including client variations, risk assessments, and project handover documentation.
• Supervise installation teams to maintain quality benchmarks.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are consistently met.

Requirements:

• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, contractors, and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in managing and improving client relationships.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards (SSSTS, ECS Card beneficial).
• Project management qualifications (advantageous).
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.

Salary:

• 40,000 - 50,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)
• Bonus structure based on job completion and profits
