Maintenance Contract Manager - M&E / FM

Company -
FM division (£6m T/O) of a Leeds based group of M&E companies who have a total turnover of c£100m.
FM client base includes managing agents, gyms, commercial office units and FM providers.

The Role -
As a contact manager, you will manage a team of mobile heating and air-conditioning maintenance engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance for gyms, offices and high end residential (common areas only) clients - portfolio value is c£800k rising to c£1.2m with extra works.
You will price extra works, manage the engineers / clients on a daily basis and ensure service delivery standards are met.

The Person -
You will ideally have a mechanical or electrical background and have experience of managing a team of maintenance engineers in a commercial FM environment.

Salary -
c£50k
4%/4% pension + 27 days holiday + car / allowance c£5k
