Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Leadership: Provide expert financial oversight and support to the largest business units, including evaluating sales opportunities and future deals.
- Project Management: Maintain financial control of ongoing projects, monitoring actual vs. forecasted performance and taking proactive steps to drive business unit success.
- Month-End Collaboration: Assist the Financial Accounting teams during month-end to ensure accurate, timely financial results.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Take on exciting, high-impact projects that require your expertise.
What We're Looking For:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercially focused finance role.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- A collaborative and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
The Package:
- Competitive salary of 70,000 - 75,000.
