Do you have extensive experience in the marketing of consumer products or loyalty programs in UK / European markets, with experience managing teams or sole campaign responsibility

Experienced with or able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of loyalty or CRM programs and the essential elements of their contribution to Customer Engagement?

In addition, this role is accountable for delivering key strategic partnerships that create engagement with the brand and build our credentials in this space. This role is accountable for driving commercial success in both digital and partnerships and active customer engagement and loyalty through continuous understanding of customer behaviour and preferences in both areas

Key areas of the role:

• Develops and leads the strategy for digital customer engagement and partnerships for the UK, defining KPI's and targets to drive business growth in both digital programs and partnership opportunities.
• Leads the Rewards Loyalty program for the UK. Creates the annual customer engagement plan and loyalty initiatives across all UK channels working closely with the Senior Manager and Category to ensure clear brand comms including in-store, digital, CRM paid and owned channels and the UK website.
• Defines key strategic opportunities for all digital and partnership programs, leading business casing for leadership approval
• Leads the development and management of all UK Brand partnerships including but not exclusive to loyalty & digital relationships across 12+ digital vendors & suppliers.
• Manages the contract negotiations across all partners including digital delivery, digital vendors and strategic brand partners.
• Leads the loyalty & digital customer analytics and insights. Defining key frameworks, dashboards to support overall business financial reporting. Working closely with the Finance team.
