Strategy & Change Transformation Consultant - Financial Services

Miryco Consultants is working with a market-leading boutique Strategic Management Consultancy who are looking for ambitious and dynamic Transformation Consultants to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sound recommendations for improvements to controls and business processes.
• Document work performed to support conclusions and recommendations.
• Stay informed about changes in the financial market, regulatory requirements, and industry bet practices.
• Proactively contribute to the business transformation team, whether it be executing a strategic roadmap or driving organisational change.
• Plan, prepare, and review deliverables in various forms including visualisations, written reports, presentations, and discussions with the client.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and employees.

Experience:

• 3+ years’ relevant experience within consulting.
• Asset Management and/or change transformation experience desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent academic background.

Location: London in office
