Senior Manager, Clinical Operations

Sat within a clinical stage biotechnology business, the Senior Manager Clinical Operations will lead the clinical study team activities for their assigned clinical studies. This includes the successful execution and delivery of the PII and/or PIII focused clinical projects at study level by meeting company and regulatory requirements.

This position requires 2 days on site per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the clinical study team
• Put in place a detailed project plan for assigned studies
• Assist with the selection, oversight and monitoring of vendors
• Accountability for assigned clinical studies and ensure relevant compliance and guidelines are adhered to
• Perform site and vendor visits as required
• Develop study management plans
• Collaborate with cross functional team and communicate progress update

The Candidate:

• Relevant scientific bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrable experience in clinical operations and sponsor side clinical project management
• Management of outsource global clinical studies
• Experience in Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work autonomously in a small company setting
• Excellent communication, project management and prioritisation skills
