Clean Energy Lawyer 4-8 PQE - London

A top national law firm are expanding their clean energy practice with the hire of an experienced associate/senior associate in London

In addition, the successful candidate will work with other team members in Bristol, Birmingham, Leicester and Glasgow.

The successful candidate will be working on matters including:

• Power purchase agreements
• Battery optimisation and tolling contracts
• Clean energy project developments, acquisitions and disposals
• Low carbon support regimes
• Energy supply contracts
• Biogas offtake arrangements
• Ofgem licensing, electricity regulation
• Grid connection arrangements and private wires

Candidates should be 4-8yrs PQE and must have at least 4 years of commercial, projects and/or regulatory experience within the clean energy sector, although we would also welcome applications from those with transactional experience within the sector.
