The Role:

Opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Manager to join this world-leading name in the security & risk management sector in this newly created role. This is a relatively new team and whoever takes on this role will take full ownership to manage and grow this key business tool, building on the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and expanding its use across the business to put it at the centre of all sales, marketing, customer data management and customer engagement activities.


The Person:

In order to be suitable for this role you must have demonstrable expertise in deploying, configuring and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will have a good understanding of the Microsoft stack (O365 & Azure) and have an in-depth knowledge of Marketo and Power Platform solutions. In addition to a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 you will have the ability to get to the heart of operational business needs and translate these into technical system design and implementation plans.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product ownership of the Dynamics 365 platform in the UK;
  • Managing the deployment and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, aligned to business needs and requirements;
  • Primary contact for Microsoft Dynamics internally, ensuring best practices for users of Microsoft Dynamics, creating Definition Handbooks and Quick Start Guides and user training where required;
  • Analysing and monitoring data quality and segmentation opportunities, ensuring all data feeds are GDPR compliant;
  • Management of the UK CRM strategy in alignment with business objectives;
  • Oversee the development of a customer lifecycle journey, identifying touchpoints, opportunities, recommendations and strategies at each stage;
  • Build, execute and optimise targeted automated sales / marketing journeys to aid lead generation, sales conversion and client retention;
  • Create highly engaging and personalised campaigns with an emphasis on testing and learning to optimise future results;
  • Continuously analyse data, making recommendations for new campaigns to aid new sales, and identify cross sell and upsell opportunities.
