Job Purpose:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a dynamic and innovative marketing agency. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all projects.
What You'll Do:
As an Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, acting as the bridge between them and the agency. You’ll manage projects, budgets, and timelines, ensuring everything is delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget, all while driving creativity. You will report to a Senior Account Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide support across the business to meet all deliverables.
- Ensure all elements of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met effectively.
- Monitor internal project deadlines and budgets, communicating potential changes proactively.
- Oversee all live projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are maintained without compromising on quality.
- Keep the Senior Account Manager informed of key developments and seek advice where necessary.
- Brief and liaise with internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Take creative briefs from clients, ask the right questions, and write clear, effective briefs.
- Seek proactive opportunities and drive additional projects or services to enhance client relationships.
- Present and sell creative work to clients, and lead meetings on active projects.
- Prepare and provide brilliant creative, digital, and artwork briefs.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a marketing agency with a solid understanding of advertising and marketing principles. You should have a strong track record of working with clients, delivering results under tight deadlines, and being adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

- Organised, with keen attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexible, problem-solving approach with the ability to act independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in marketing with knowledge across various channels.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
