They focus on cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft products like Azure and Office 365, offering migration, integration, and backup services. Their expertise spans industries such as finance, recruitment, and charity sectors, helping businesses optimize and secure their IT infrastructure.


Key Skills:

  • Microsoft Cloud (Azure)
  • Microsoft 365 (management and policy)
  • Entra ID
  • Understanding of networking for small to medium size businesses.


They are looking for a Senior Service Desk specialist / Level 3 engineer.


The company is based in London and have a team of 25 technical engineers, looking after 150 clients with an estimate of 4000 users.
