This role is to be based in our Yorkshire region within the construction arm of the business, developing High rise/multistorey developments

Job Description The role
- Working across several high rise residential schemes.
- Support site teams with Managing the M&E packages
- Lead and support project teams with managing Statutory service providers and meter operators.
- Provide technical advice with regards to building relations and energy efficiency
- Assist in appointment of the M&E contractors
- Liaise with Design Managers and act as the Main contact for the M&E package design
- Advise on value engineering
- Assist with technical reviews or M&E packages incl Lifts
- Analyse M&E quotations
- Assist with selection of the M&E subcontractors on packages
- Act as M&E Commissioning Manager for projects
- Develop programmes for M&E installation and commissioning
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years background in commercial construction for M&E contractor or Main Contractor ( may consider consultant experience)
- Experience of high rise residential building with stay put policy
- Experience using Asta Power Project planning software
- Experience of AutoCAD
- Ideally Degree educated in Building Services Engineering or similar qualification
- Ideally Professional Membership of CIBSE or working towards.
