Finance Manager

Your new company
You will be joining a fast-growing group who have doubled in size over the last 18 months. This group is UK based with a key site in the Guildford area and you'll be joining at an exciting time as the business has plans to grow significantly over the next 5 years.

Your new role
Your new role is a key and high profile role combining both leadership and business partnering. You'll be managing an ambitious team of finance business partners, taking a lead in their training and development whilst working alongside Operations Managers and Operations Directors to ensure the success of the projects they are working. As a financial expert, you'll be spotting risks/opportunities and managing change - All projects are high profile, so you'll be highly visible to the Exec team on a day to day. You'll also oversee the budgets and forecasts. In addition to the core of the role, you'll also be involved in the change and systems projects. This is a unique role with plenty of scope to develop.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and extensive business partnering experience, it is essential you have recent and up-to-date experience working within manufacturing finance as you'll be heavily involved in costings. Whilst leadership experience is helpful - if you have the other skills and have a passion for managing, it would be great to hear from you!
