Electrical Assembler

Shorterm group are currently working with a international manufacturing company who produce aircraft seating to public and private sectors. They work with the biggest aircraft manufacturers in the world and are looking to expand their workforce within the electrical department.

They are looking for a skilled Electrical Assembler to join their team based near Southend airport.

Responsibilities include:
Reading wiring diagrams and preforming crimping, soldering, wire cutting and assembly of electrical components.
Testing of assembly products and components.
Fault finding.
Assembly of riveted structures, mechanical and electrical components.
Strip down and repairs of returned products.

Requirements for the role:
Assembly experience.
Previous experience using hand tools, rivets pliers/guns.
Crimping, Soldering and wire cutting.

Full time, Permanent position
Location: Near Southend airport
Shift: Days - 39 hours including a early Friday finish with flexible start and end times.
Salary: 27,000 - 29,700 DOE.
