Childcare Solicitor - South West – Locum – Full Time - 9 months - Remote

I am currently working with an established council who are looking to bring on a full time Childcare Solicitor. This role is for 9 months with the possibility of extension and is fully remote. The council will offer a competitive rate dependent on experience.

Your key responsibilities will include advice on all usual aspects of childcare law, such as:

• Deprivation of Liberty
• Advocacy up to once a week - REMOTE
• Advise on children's social care and education matters
• Drafting legal documents

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

• 2 years PQE+
• Public authority experience required

This role is offered on an outside IR35 basis and is offering a competitive rate depending on experience.
