Are you from a Residential Development background or similar looking for a varied and specialist role within a well-established developer offering ongoing progression and a bonus to increase your earnings?

This residential property developer has been providing homes in Lincolnshire for more than 25 years. Priding themselves on their high level of customer care, they are looking for an ambitious individual who can grow with the company as it continues to expand.

This varied role will see you managing the development and technical side of the construction process, with your responsibilities ranging from land evaluation; finding and purchasing suitable sites, to understanding building designs and considering their practicality, and overseeing contractors and teams on site.

This role would suit an individual with a background in Residential Construction projects looking for a varied and autonomous role within a leading company offering the chance to work on exciting projects

The Role:

• Building planning, including analysing drawings and evaluating land.
• Primarily office based, with site visits
• Involvement in all stages of the development cycle.
• Monday - Friday role
• Support teams in office and on site

The Person:

• Residential Construction background
• Design / Development experience
• Commutable to Spalding.
