Are you an experienced Event Coordinator looking for a new challenge?
THE JOB:
- Management of the guest relations for corporate events, including meet-and-greets for attendees and delegates for dinners and corporate functions.
- Being the main point of contact for guests ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
- Coordination of guest services for large scale events.
- Working closely with the hospitality and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assistance with the logistic part of the set up as well as catering on the day.
- Handling guest feedback.
- Preparation of the event function sheets as well as guest lists and event schedules.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience in a Event Coordination role within either Contract Catering or Hotels for a min. of 2 years
- Charismatic and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest and visitors queries with tact and efficiency.
- Impeccably professional appearance.
- A proactive team player.
THE PACKAGE:
- £28K per annum
- 40h working week on a 5 over 7 work patterns (you will be required to work evenings and weekends)
