This role is crucial for expanding their market presence and driving growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

Position Overview:

The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the capital markets sector. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience, be adept at cold outreach, and have a proven track record in building and maintaining successful partnerships. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the capital markets sector.
  • Conduct cold outreach to potential clients and partners to generate leads and establish initial contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for new business initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the capital markets sector.
  • Proven ability to conduct cold outreach and generate leads.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
