Job title : Business development manager

- Job description
1) Develop new business plan, and consulting business targeting Asian tech companies to help grow in the UK market.
2) Liaise with other senior staff to determine the range of target market and products/ services to be sold, contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets
3) Analyse market and conduct research to prepare marketing and promotional activities
4) Create target customers profiles and acquire new customers Successfully manage customer accounts
5) Design and build the team to execute the plan and recruits and trains junior sales staff
6) produces reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management
7) keeps up to date with products and competitors
8) Work closely with finance teams to optimize financial performance.
9) Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in order to execute all the operational tasks (e.g. legal advice, accounting service. Etc)
- The skill, experience and qualifications required for post
1) Communication skills in both English and Korean
2) Solid understanding of Korean culture and UK market
3) Previous work experience in global organisations with similar roles
4) Market research and analysis experiences
5) Customers management skills and using CRM tool
