Engineer/Senior Engineer - Infrastructure

We are looking for a dynamic Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our rapidly expanding infrastructure team in London. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructure projects for leading residential developers, ranging from small-scale developments to large multi-thousand-unit schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: (Senior role) Oversee the design and management of multiple projects, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met.
- Team Mentorship: (Either role) Support junior team members by delegating tasks, reviewing work, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Client Engagement & Business Development: (Senior role) Liaise with clients, prepare fee proposals, manage projects, and identify new business opportunities.
- Technical Design: (Either role) Develop Concept and Detailed Drainage Strategies, Levels Strategies, and manage Earthwork Appraisals.
- Planning & Documentation: (Either role) Prepare essential planning documents such as Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Technical Notes, and Utilities Statements.
- Land Due Diligence: (Either role) Conduct Due Diligence reviews to support land acquisitions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Significant post-graduate (or equivalent) experience, particularly in pre-planning and planning stages, with a solid understanding of detailed design and technical approvals (S104, S38, S278, etc.).
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MicroDrainage and AutoCAD; knowledge of Civils 3D is a plus.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Flexible Work Location: Based in the London office 2-3 days a week.
