Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a Production Shift Manager in Gateshead to lead the snack squad in making sure our crisps crunch to perfection and our rice cakes rise to the occasion! You’ll oversee the production process and make sure everything runs smoothly, so our snacks can make their way from our ovens to the aisles (and into the mouths of snack lovers everywhere!).

Qualifications

• Excellent People Management Skills: Essential for leading our dedicated crew in an FMCG environment.
• Retailer Audits Experience: You've been through the trenches and know how to navigate major retailer audits with finesse.
• Thorough Knowledge of Standards: From BRC to HACCP, you're well-versed in industry standards and regulations.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: No challenge is too daunting for you – you thrive on finding solutions in high-pressure situations.
• Behaviours and Qualities: From being a passionate motivator to a collaborative problem solver, your personality traits will shine through as you lead our team to success day after day.

Additional information

Salary: £36,321 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 8am till 4pm (Monday to Friday)
