What You ll Do: - Lead Key Accounts: Manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier Food-to-Go businesses, creating tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, maximize margins, and open new doors for growth.
- Customer-Centric: Position the company as a go-to partner, providing innovative ideas through data-driven analysis and strategic planning.
- Forecast and Plan: Accurately predict customer demand, advise on product variety, and ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with internal teams (Procurement, Marketing, Operations) to deliver win-win solutions for both the company and our clients.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement joint business plans with clients, focusing on long-term growth and profitability.
- Reporting and Analysis: Present clear, insightful business proposals and conduct regular customer meetings to ensure business targets are met.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven Experience: Significant experience managing large-scale accounts in the Food and/or Distribution sector, ideally with multi-site food operators.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of fresh food, ingredients, and the key metrics that drive profitability in wholesale distribution.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to forge and maintain trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Presentation Skills: Confident and polished in delivering presentations, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with a practical approach to data and business analysis.
