You’ll manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, they will teach you their in-house search process to connect expert candidates with leading employers in the insurance market.

Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a go-to recruiter within the industry.

You’ll work closely with their management team to strategise on target clients and talent pools, helping to drive the business forward.
