Salary: 87 - 97 per day

• Provide 1-1 and small group support for students with severe learning difficulties and disabilities
• Assist in managing SEMH challenges with patience and understanding
• Collaborate with teachers to create a nurturing and effective learning environment
• Foster independence, confidence, and social skills in students
• Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs

• A genuine passion for working with SEND students
• Experience working in special or mainstream schools supporting children with learning difficulties and SEMH needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A calm, patient, and positive approach to supporting challenging behavior
• A proactive attitude and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
