Location: Ealing, London
Shifts: Continental Days & Nights (4 on, 4 off)
Salary: £53,000

• Provide Electrical & Mechanical support to keep production machinery running smoothly.
• Respond swiftly to automated machinery breakdowns and execute improvement tasks.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure minimal machine downtime, boosting productivity.
• Contribute to the Preventative Maintenance Plan, performing both Planned Preventative (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, controls, and instrumentation.
• Recognized qualifications such as a Degree, NVQ, or time-served apprenticeship.
