Master/Senior Technician

Our client, a well-established dealership near Bromley, is seeking an experienced Master/Senior Technician to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great brand where you'll be part of a friendly and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to high standards
• Providing expert technical advice to customers
• Communicating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and adhering to safety standards

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (minimum requirement)
• Previous experience working in a main dealership is essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

The Package:

• Basic salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + £46,000 OTE (uncapped)
