This is an exciting opportunity to become a senior member of the business focussed on leading partnership activations and taking the lead on developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Add value by ensuring that the client has a positive experience working with the agency.
- Leading the client approach, the overall department budget, assigning and delegating projects, and providing clear direction.
- Develop strong knowledge of client business strategy and the lead the activation team.
- Create and present client-facing presentations, managing critical timings and client decision deadlines clearly and well in advanced.
- Develop new business opportunities through leading pitches and proposals.
Requirements
- Prior experience in managing and leading a team of specialists.
- Successfully developed and delivered a broad range integrated campaigns including but not limited to; activation strategy, experiential, content, communications and talent & influencers.
- Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment sponsorship landscape.
- Demonstrate advanced communication skills, and proven managing a broad range of key relationships including C-Suite level clients & senior rights holder contacts.
