What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing legal advice on corporate matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
- Handling a range of legal issues, from regulatory matters to data protection and commercial contracts.
- Partnering with internal teams to navigate legal complexities and ensure best practices.
- Managing risks, resolving disputes, and staying ahead of legal trends that affect the business.
- Establishing and leading the company’s new in-house legal function.
Who You Are:
- A legal professional with 6+ years of experience, ideally within both in-house or private practice environments.
- Expertise in corporate law is a must, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
- A strategic thinker who can bridge legal and business objectives, delivering practical, actionable advice.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative setting.
- Experience in employment law is a bonus.
