Marketing Executive / Junior Marketing Executive

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office, Bury St Edmunds IP32 7AR)

Hours: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior / Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Unmatched. This is an entry-level position for someone who has some hands-on marketing experience or education, ideally as a marketing assistant, and is ready to take the next step in their career. You will work alongside our team to execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot and help our clients achieve their growth goals.

This role is perfect for someone looking to gain more in-depth experience in digital marketing, with a focus on developing expertise in HubSpot, email, and inbound marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and management of marketing campaigns for our clients, focusing on email marketing, social media, and basic marketing automation using HubSpot.
• Help build and update marketing assets such as landing pages, email templates, and blog posts within HubSpot.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks including reporting on campaign performance and maintaining marketing calendars.
• Learn to use HubSpot’s tools to track leads, create reports, and measure the success of marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and contribute new ideas to help improve client campaigns.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Ideally, 1 year of experience in a marketing assistant or similar entry-level marketing role or further education to show your desire to work in a marketing role.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and a willingness to develop skills in inbound marketing and HubSpot.
• Some familiarity with marketing platforms (experience with HubSpot is a plus but not essential), or content creation (basically we're looking for someone with some exposure - but we don't expect too much!)
• Good communication skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
