We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Creator Success Representative to be the key link between our platform and the talented creators. In this role, you’ll work closely with creators to ensure they’re set up for success by reviewing their Fanvue and social media profiles, helping them optimise their presence to increase engagement and maximise earnings. Our environment is fast-paced, high-energy, and we're in search for someone who excels in communication and can support creators from a wide range of regions and niches.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Understanding of and curiosity in the creator economy landscape, with an awareness of industry trends and best practices.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, influencer marketing or a related field is preferred.
What’ll you be working on:
Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with our creators, serving as their main point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or support needs.
- Engage with creators through various channels such as emails, Instagram, Discord, and other platforms to provide timely assistance and build rapport.
Issue Resolution
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that creators may encounter, ensuring swift resolution and a seamless experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and provide comprehensive solutions to creators.
Performance Monitoring
- Keep track of performance metrics for creators, including platform engagement and revenue growth and trends.
- Monitor creators' output on the platform and flag any changes in performance trends.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to creators to optimize their performance and increase their earnings.
