The ideal candidate TRIA is looking is a Legal Technology Sales Director who will be responsible for growing the presence of a known Legal Technology providing services to Law Firms and Internal Legal Teams across the UK as well as corporates.


By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies that you yourself believe and trust from previous positions in Sales & Business Development with the support of this already established Software company supporting some of the biggest legal businesses in the world.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies from past experience and develop new ones with the support of the business' senior Sales Leadership team.
  • Prepare operational and financial sales department reports with a keen drive to develop presence in the UK region and potentially beyond.
  • Commit to hunter like Business Development activities with mindfulness of processes taking some time for onboarding and relationship activities.
  • Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability through various different outreach methods, company personnel, conferences and events and connecting developed personally.
  • Coordinate with project management team based in the UK.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable history of selling to law firms, legal professionals and or regulated industries which contain longer than average sales processes.
  • 5+ years' of experience in sales with a history of meeting 80% of target or over-achieving target.
  • Use of a CRM system is considered beneficial such as HubSpot.
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills.


What this role as a Sales Director within Legal Technology will offer is independence with support, clear playing field in the UK, a £70,000 to £110,000 salary with a significant untethered commission scheme to support as well as other standard corporate benefits.
