Quality Engineer

Your new company

Your new role
In your new role as Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading quality related activities on site including auditing (process/product/standards), using root cause analysis methods to reduce non-conformances and leading problem-solving projects using methods such as 8D and 5Y.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Quality Engineer role, you will have had previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment, in an improvement-based quality engineering position. Ideally, you will possess an engineering qualification coupled with competency around various lean manufacturing principles in theory and practically.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of around £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on your experience, along with excellent company benefits and an opportunity in a diverse, engaging place to work.
