My leading client is looking for a Dynamics CE Functional Consultant to join them on a continuing exciting project activity. You will work within an agile delivery team from initiative inception through to service transition aligning within the agile delivery methodology. You will provide design recommendations on D365 CE solution configuration / development. You will work with a wide IT team and present solution options and recommendations in the Architecture review board working closely with external and internal functional consultants and solution architects to create standardisation across design deliverables.

Key Skills

• Excellent D365 CE / Power Platform technical skills
• Ability to create and influence partner solution designs with a configuration first approach to minimise bespoke customisation to minimise implementation and maintenance costs
• Execute configuration of the D365 solution to meet requirements with approved designs
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Omnichannel / Customer Service Workspace essential
• Power Virtual Agent, Dynamics Marketing, UX/UI Design, Solution Architecture
• Data modelling and schema design including capabilities of Dataverse
• Product demonstration to business and technical stakeholders
• Optimisation of workflow designs and configuration
