Central Employment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading UK Automotive parts brand, as they look to recruit an Digital Marketing Manager, to join their newly formed in-house D2C Performance Marketing team, operating from the West Midland hub.


Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a strong CRM strategy that focuses on growing email lists, customer engagement and increased customer lifetime value
  • Developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.
  • Analysing data from marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.
  • Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting and content.
  • Developing creative briefs and assigning to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
  • Monitoring competitor campaigns to inform and shape the future strategy and tactics
  • Keeping up to date on the latest social media trends and use this to build and execute a social media strategy
  • Collaborating with eCommerce team and performance marketing agencies to brainstorm new creative ideas and ensure alignment across channels


Skills & Experience required:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing role, with proven success in developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies.
  • Degree in Marketing or related (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong track record of using Google Analytics and other analytical tools
  • Understanding of all performance marketing channels
  • Proactive, self-starter and a team player, confident working in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and value drivers in retention models.
  • Confidence using email and marketing automation ESP platforms, on-site personalisation, as well as SMS and direct mail.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns
  • Analytical and have a process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
