M&E Manager

Optimus recruitment is currently seeking an M&E Contract Surveyor to deliver a service within a local authority in West London. 500 per day LTD Inside IR35

Act as lead professional in all aspects of inspections, design and building contract procurement of works for the service and to provide expert professional and technical advice, guidance, training and support in all matters relating to cyclical maintenance of the stock in a customer focussed manner.

Looking for bias across Mechanical and Electrical areas of work in particular:

Mechanical and electrical works, delivering both planned and reactive works.
Lifts
Door entry systems
Alarm call systems
Fire safety equipment
Water testing
Gas energy systems and appliances
Communal heating & hot water systems
Alternative green renewable energy solutions such as ground and air source heat pumps, solar panels

Key Duties:

Covering planned maintenance, inspection and installation of equipment and services
Pre-inspection / Post-inspection
Project manager for cyclical maintenance and other improvement projects as assigned
Work with Engineers in delivery of the works
Delivering services in compliance with health and safety requirements Ensure compliance with legislative guidance.
Has used the Compliance System - C365

Qualifications

Certification in Mechanical or Electrical w/ Legionella preferred.
