Building Services Manager

My client are a reputable main contractor that are working on a sought after flagship project in the North West. Due to company growth they are now looking for a Building Services Manager with either a Mechanical or electrical Bias to work closely with the delivery teams.

Ideal candidate:

• Solid experience working on the preconstruction and delivery phase of a project.
• All round knowledge of electrical/ mechanical work
• Knowledge of electrical / mechanical work.
• Up to date knowledge of building regulations.
• Quality driven.
• Passionate and proactive.
• Experience of high-rise residential projects.

Duties will include:

• Working in the delivery stage assisting with the design, scope and technical solution.
• Supporting the delivery team with the planning and coordination of a project.
• Implementation of QMS Systems, ITP & Commissioning Management / Handover plans.
• Working closely with the supply chain to ensure projects are being delivered effectively.
• At times working site based supporting teams on challenging projects.
