Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week in London

Senior Product Manager Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy and development of Voice Architecture solutions, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). This role has a significant influence on the company's direction, with Product having a seat at the executive table, ensuring your voice is heard at the highest level. You will collaborate with teams across engineering, marketing, and sales to define product roadmaps, prioritise key features, and deliver innovative solutions that shape the future of Salesforce Contact Centres. This role will see you working closely with Salesforce Product Leaders to align on industry trends and key use cases, ensuring your products are always at the forefront of innovation.

Essential Skills

• Domain expertise in Salesforce Voice, Omni-Channel or Contact Centre Voice Architecture
• Extensive Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong analytical skills, turning market insights into actionable strategies
• Proven track record of managing products through their full lifecycle
• Excellent collaboration skills with experience in Agile development environments
• Able to speak at both a technical and granular level while also being able to communicate with the CEO about the commercial objectives.
