We are seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our team at our Manton Wood food production site.
Position Details:
- Role:Onsite Coordinator
- Salary; upto £25,000 OTE £28,000
- Type:Perm
- Schedule:Tuesday to Saturday, 05:30 - 14:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Check in staff for their shifts and efficiently coordinate the workforce.
- Conduct site inductions for new personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared to excel in their roles.
- Confidently communicate with candidates and clients, providing excellent service and support.
- Monitor productivity levels and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Embrace a flexible problem-solving approach to meet tight deadlines within a professional environment.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor, upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills with acute attention to detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.
- Team player with excellent organizational abilities.
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
