As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join their UK team.


Role Overview


The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will play a critical role in driving new business within the life sciences sector. As a hunter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with high-potential prospects, managing the full sales cycle, and closing high-value deals. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the software sales landscape and life sciences to position our client’s AI solutions as essential tools for industry leaders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new enterprise clients within the life sciences industry.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise life sciences organizations.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, pre-sales, customer success) to ensure seamless client engagement and delivery.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and advancements within AI and the life sciences industry to effectively position our client's solutions.
  • Participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships.


Qualifications:


  • 6-8 years of software sales experience with a strong track record of success in selling enterprise solutions.
  • Proven experience as a hunter focused on new business acquisition.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience selling into the life sciences industry (e.g., pharma, biotech, medical devices).
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage relationships with C-suite and other senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the AI and technology landscape within the life sciences sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
