Mechanical Design Engineer

X4 is currently collaborating with a long-standing client who is on the look out for a Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Details:

Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000

Location: Oxford

Working Environment: 3 Days onsite (flexible)

Start Date: Immediately

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a mechanical engineer
• Fabrication design experience (sheet metal, steel work)
• CAD Design (solidworks)
• Mechanics and components
• Experience with customer facing responsibilities (needs to be comfortable running through project with the customer)
• Previous experience working on document control
• Engineering processing
• Engineering Change requests
• Led a small team in the past or being part of the project lead
• Desired to have safety critical accreditation (ISO, IEC standards etc)
