Job description:
- An experienced D365 Functional Consultant who can work with the business and translate to functional specifications and work with developers.
- Previous D365 Commerce / Retail background
- Mapping store customer journeys to the D365 Retail POS.
- Experience in the connectivity and flow of data between D365 and the D365 POS application is essential
- Support POS journeys and interaction that include integrations to external systems – for example integrate with an external loyalty scheme
- Ability to understand the business process journeys and how to best map those to the D365 commerce and retail
