Proactive is currently hiring for:

Paint Line Operative

Location: Bedford

Salary: 12.50 - 14.00 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 4.30pm and Fri 8am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain paint line equipment with precision and care.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning and priming.
• Applying paint and coatings
• Monitor and control paint quality, thickness, and consistency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial painting or related field preferred
• Knowledge of paint application techniques and equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
